All personal and business data is stored and processed in Canada (AWS ca-central-1, Montreal). Your data does not leave Canadian borders for core processing.

No Model Training

Your data is never used to train AI models. We use Claude via AWS Bedrock which provides zero data retention guarantees.

PIPEDA Compliance

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
